This group was created as a supportive space for LGBTQ+ young adults who want real connection, honest conversations, and a place where they don’t have to shrink parts of themselves to feel accepted.
Led by affirming providers, this group offers a relaxed and supportive environment to talk about the things that actually come up in real life — relationships, identity, stress, boundaries, mental health, family dynamics, self-confidence, and navigating adulthood.
This is not a formal therapy lecture or a space where anyone is forced to share. Think supportive conversation, meaningful connection, and learning you’re probably not the only person feeling what you’re feeling.
Whether you’re newly out, fully confident in your identity, questioning, struggling, thriving, or somewhere in between — you are welcome here.
Who: LGBTQ+ Young Adults (Ages 18-28)
When: Tuesdays, starting June 5 — 10 weekly sessions
Time: 6:00–8:00 PM
