You Belong here
This group was created to give LGBTQ+ teens a safe, supportive place to connect with others who understand what it can feel like to navigate identity, friendships, family dynamics, stress, anxiety, and the everyday pressure of being a teenager.
Led by affirming providers, the group offers a welcoming environment where teens can talk openly, feel supported, and build confidence without fear of judgment. Conversations focus on real-life experiences and challenges that many teens face, including relationships, self-esteem, boundaries, school stress, mental health, and feeling like you belong.
This is not a lecture-style group or a space where anyone is pressured to share before they are ready. The goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where teens can feel less alone, build healthy connections, and know they are accepted exactly as they are.
Whether a teen is openly LGBTQ+, questioning, struggling, confident, or simply looking for a safe place to connect and feel understood — they are welcome here.
Who: LGBTQ+ Young Adults (Ages 15-17)
When: Tuesdays, starting June 2 — 10 weekly sessions
Time: 6:00–8:00 PM
